I really don't want to say it because I am fully aware I'm jinxing everything.

But over the past 4-5 months, no one in my family (extended family included) has gotten sick. On an average year, we all get sick at least twice a year so this is very unusual.

It's a combination of masks, social distancing, washing hands, awareness of touching your face, etc.

I'm hoping when all this COVID shit blows over, the masks go away but we keep up with the washing of hands, sanitizers, face touching prevention, etc. and spend less weeks throughout the year fighting a cold/flu.

Even if you and your family ignore the mask rules...there is still those around you that practice and limit germs/etc. Not to mention anyone with a cold (non covid) stays home cause they call it "symptoms"

Not to mention EVERYONE is practicing better hygiene now cause this stuff is being drilled in pur heads.

I'm sure the protocols do lower the risk of other diseases.

It also lowers our immunity from those diseases, meaning when we do finally get them, they will impact us much worse.

That fact is often overlooked by the liberals, for whatever reason. It is literally science.

you are right only in that because people are actually staying away from each other you're not getting the usual sniffles you would get.

now... listen closely... masks are absolutely not scientifically tested to do a god damn thing. nothing. you are probably getting clear of minor colds due to everything else you are doing. and everything else you are doing in the long run is going to cost you dearly down the road. the best thing to do is actually opposite. sanitizing is the worst thing possible. build up your immune system with sunlight, vitamin D, some healthy eating. mix stuff in and get your major food groups and you and everyone around you will be fine.

you have a better chance to win the lottery than die from corona hoax common cold.

any questions?

I wear a mask at the bare minimum. In a store, walking into and out of a restaurant, at the Mohegan Sun, but not in my office except the one time a client said she'd prefer I wear a mask.

Everyone walks in with a mask, but when they see I'm not wearing one they're quick to take it off. The one exception kept hers on, so I asked her if she wanted me to wear mine.

I do have a big desk, and I'm facing sideways when working

Some people would call me an antimasker, that's silly. Freedom guys don't think like that

Nobody I know in my social network or client base has tested positive.

And what does a mask due? It reduces the distance the virus travels, so it prevents sick people from spreading their germs

If you're sick, stay home

And everyone should sanatize their hands frequently

Time to move on

Im exactly the same way with my mask. But being forced in public combined with other protocols at least stopped me from being sick

Pretty much what I would expect from a delusional assclown like yourself. Keep fighting the science and keep fighting the one thing that would keep your fellow citzens safe (but oh no, don't never call you an antimasker), oh and keep wondering why the USA has the highest rate of COVID19 infection in the world. Imbeciles like you and your squad are why we are in this mess

Maybe. Or it was a coincidence.

Good hygiene is something that we all should have practiced to begin with. A shame some people needed a kick in the ass from a government to achieve it.

Protect not only yourself and others but protect Democracy. Wear a mask, show your ID, and show up to vote. Wearing a mask will prevent the spread and protect Democracy at the same time. Masks are 100% fool proof.

Back in March, Dr. Fauci said wearing a mask had unintended consequences and could spread the virus because people fiddle with them.

So which is it? Are you the expert or is Dr. Fauci from March?

"Yes, this is the process intelligent people follow.

When there is new information, or the understanding of a situation evolves, intelligent people modify their opinions and advice. AKA "change their minds".

Others who are threatened by their own fear and insecurity that they may be wrong, doggedly stick to their original position and find excuses to justify their inability to learn from new information."

Apparently masks prevent the spread. No need for mail in voting. Masks will be provided for those who can’t afford them.

I notice you are evading the challenge made to you in the other thread. If you do, you would be the biggest coward in this forum's history.

But just so you know, this virus is not unique in how someone catches it. It behaves similarly to other viruses, viruses that Dr. Fauci was well aware of how they behaved in March.

You act like we were cave men in March and now we're a type 2 civilization that can harness the full power of our solar system.

Nonsense. But you are doing exactly that.

Moron.

In March the experts knew quite a bit less about this C-19 virus than they do now.

And even now they still remain largely ignorant re this novel, i.e. new, virus.

It has no vaccine, unlike the flu which has been studied for many years.

But feel free to keep posting as if you know more than the experts.
